    Weber State Hockey Captain, Assistant Coach Talk Road To Nationals

    On today's episode of Utah Puck Report, Jay Stevens sits down with Bryon Fobair (Weber State Hockey captain) and his brother Will Fobair (Weber State Hockey coach) as they set out for Nationals in St. Louis. 

    The guys talk juniors, high school hockey and college hockey, offering parents of young players tips on the right approach. They guys detail their hockey journey to Weber State while reliving fun memories. 

    Both Weber State and the University of Utah hockey teams are heading to Nationals and Utah State may be joining them, this is huge for hockey in the state of Utah.

    In honor of National Girls & Women in sports day, Rodney Stedt, head coach of the Utah Women's hockey team joins Jay Stevens. They talked about the rapid growth of women's hockey and the importance of making sure there is hockey for women to play at every level. 

    Stedt told Jay his hockey story and how a coach almost ruined the game for him, but he rediscovered his love of the sport through coaching and how he makes sure his team is a place where every player has fun and feels the camaraderie.

    Des Moines Buccaneers' head coach, Peter Mannino
