    A Nightshift Christmas

    KSL TVKSL NewsRadio, and FM 100.3 are proud to present “A Nightshift Christmas,” starring some of your favorite radio and television personalities, and narrated by Jeff Caplan. 

    The program is inspired by a true story and occurs in one of the busiest places during the holidays, a department store. Security guard Carter Stone's holiday spirit is low as he juggles work, graduate school, and his disdain for Christmas music but when an unlikely, and poetic, coworker joins the team, he just might buy into the Christmas spirit.

This original Christmas tale is is a nod to old-time radio that will bring hope and lift holiday spirits with its inspiring story and beautiful music. Based on true events.

    This Christmas, Seattle Radio Theatre and KIRO Radio return with the magic of a LIVE old-timey radio drama. This holiday radio play written and directed by Seattle Radio Theatre founder Feliks Banel finds a 1950s Seattle family trying to celebrate their Christmas Eve tradition of visiting the old Frederick & Nelson department store downtown when an ill-timed snowstorm threatens to upend everything. But a Frederick’s doorman and department store Santa goes above and beyond to try and make it a meaningful Christmas for everyone. Starring many favorite voices from KIRO Radio, and featuring live sound effects!

    A Very KIRO Christmas 2018

    A small town in the Northwest is threatened with economic calamity when the biggest employer might have to shutdown before Christmas. Can a plucky single mom move back from the big city in time to save her hometown and maybe find a new love along the way? Seattle Radio Theatre, KIRO Radio, and Town Hall Seattle present a lighthearted parody of those holiday movies made by a certain greeting card company. This is a recording of a live performance.
