    Expanded College Football Playoff allows for major game in Las Vegas

    Alex Kirry and Scott Mitchell love the fact that the Pac-12 vs. SEC are likely going to have some early season matchup each year in Las Vegas at the new stadium of the Raiders.

    This is idea would not happen if there was a four-team playoff and even less so with the BCS. This 12-team playoff allows for teams to play a big non-conference game but a loss will not eliminate them since winning their conference gets them into the soon-to-be expanded playoff.
