We learned in the last few minutes that death row inmate Ralph Menzies has died. He was sentenced to death for the 19-86 murder of Maurine Hunsaker.

 The Salt Lake County Attorney's Office says it will not* file criminal charges against Tim Ballard... related to allegations of sexual assault.

District Attorney Sim Gill says the state must prove criminal charges beyond a reasonable doubt and that -- based on their investigation -- there was not enough evidence to charge Ballard.
